All calls with our callers are recorded for training and quality assurance. We maintain these recordings for one year.
All our systems are supported by battery back-up and gas-powered generators so that even in inclement weather we can meet your needs.
Your account can now have seven different scheduled greetings. You can enter or change these yourself or have our professional staff record your greetings. There greetings canhelp screen calls so that you can control the amount of calls that actually go to the Telemessaging receptionist.
The caller's inforation and message, which you customize to your needs, can be captured in a variety of methods.
The caller's information is typed into the computer and verified and stored for your desired delivery method to your alpha pager, fax machine or e-mialed to your cell phone and/or computer.
The entire conversation between the caller and the receptionist can be recorded into your voicemail box for retrieval as described under the voicemail features. Also, the operator can just read the message that has been taken into your voicemail box. You can be notified through your pager, cell phone, e-mail, or fax.
Your caller can be patched to the telephone number that you request or your own existing in-house or cell phone voicemail system.
You can be notified of your messages: immediately, scheduled, or we can hold them for you until you call. You can be notified through several methods such as:
The message(s) can be sent immediately or at scheduled intervals to your fax machine or computer.
The receptionist will numerically page you with your number to call for messages. When you call in to receive your messages, the receptionist will verbally give you the message. if your message has been recorded intot he voicemail system, you will be able to retrieve using those methods described under the Voice Mail Features Page.
The receptionist will send the text message to your alpha number pager.
The receptionist takes the text message and sends it over the internet to your: cell phone, PDA, and/or computer.
